By using our website, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions (T&Cs). Please read them carefully. If you don’t agree, please kindly show yourself out.

We may update these T&Cs at any time. All changes will take effect immediately, so check back regularly.

Customer Service Policy

Our customer service team is here to help you. We’ll do our best to respond to your inquiries promptly and resolve any issues you may have. We value your experience with us and want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase.

Shipping Policy

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard shipping: $7 flat rate nationwide
• Express shipping: $5 or more, depending on desired speed.

Estimated standard and express delivery times follow the USPS standards. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Please make sure to provide an accurate shipping address, if there´s errors then we can’t deliver, therefore we cannot be held responsible for your purchase.

If a signature is required, please make sure someone will be home to sign for the package.

Returns Policy

If our craft arrived broken or damaged, please let us know immediately. We will expedite its replacement or refund your money to the original form of payment.

The same applies if the piece you purchased did not turn out to be what you expected.

In fact, you’ve got a whopping ninety-nine years from receiving your order to request a return, if the craft arrived intact and has not seen any damage.

Customized orders cannot be returned unless the piece arrived broken or damaged.  

In short, we´ve got your back.

During our start-up stage, the shipping cost to make returns must come from you – unless the product was damaged. When we scale, we will gladly pick up the tab.

Payment Policy

We keep it simple and secure with credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. No funny business with your financial info – we’re not selling it off to data collectors.

Our communications – How was your craft piece?

After your purchase, we will follow-up with you at the email address on file, to know if we met your expectations and if our craft has pleased you.

Later, we might send you cool stuff on related crafts, Artisan stories, news about the Artisan world and more. However, if you would like to opt-out from our communications, you can do it here or unsubscribe from the any of our e-mails.

Privacy Policy

a) Info We Collect: When you sign up, we store your basic information – name, email, phone, address, and a password. We also handle your payment info, but we do it securely through accredited credit cards and Paypal. Also, we might look at your navigation in our site – that helps us make it better.

b) How We Use Info: We use your info to process your orders, tell you about cool stuff, answer your questions, and make the site work great. We might even drop you an email about special deals – but if you’re not into that, you can always opt out.

c) Keeping Your Data Safe: We take your privacy seriously. We’ve got measures in place to keep your info secure. We do not sell your data to aggregators or alligators.

d) Your Rights: You can access, correct, or delete your info. Just log into your account or give us a shout.

e) Changes to Privacy Policy: Sometimes we might update this policy – but if it’s a big change, we’ll let you know.
